COVID-19 Update
The well being of guests, clients and myself /your service provider is of paramount importance. Please follow the advice of local health authorities. For the safety of all, please do not come in to the spa if you do not feel well, have symptoms of COVID-19 such as sore throat, fever, sneezing, or coughing. Self-isolation at home is required for 10 days from onset of symptoms. Also, if you have travelled outside the country in the last 14 days or have reason to believe that you may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus, or have been advised by public health to self isolate, please contact info@gabriellaspa.com or call 250-240-3039 if you need to cancel your appointment.

COVID-19 safety protocols are updated periodically, please review updated information just prior to your arrival.

What To Expect:

• Appointments are highly recommended. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

• Only one person can arrive for a service (no accompanied guests, i.e. - kids, friends, family, etc.)

• To ensure social distancing, appointments will be reduced.

• Masks are no longer mandatory in all areas of the spa.

• A complimentary disposable mask is available for booked appointments.

• Hand sanitizer will be provided to all guests and clients upon entering the spa.

• The shared water station, where cross-contamination is possible, will not be available at this time. Please arrive prepared with personal drinks. Tea may be offered at this current time. There will be bottled water provided if needed.

• Food will be allowed into the spa.

• The seating area has been reduced and arranged to accommodate social distancing and minimize touch points.

• The service provider must wash hands with soap for at least 20 seconds, including upon arriving for work, before and after breaks, after handling cash or other materials, before and after handling common tools and equipment.

• Every 1 to 2 hours all common areas and surfaces, including washroom, equipment, tools, common tables, desks, light switches, cabinet and door handles, etc. will be clean and sanitized.

• All spaces in the spa will be cleaned and disinfected, tools,equipment, linens, and massage tables.
